Children and Young Adult Workshops

Are you a parent who is concerned or embarrassed by your child's behavior in public?  Are you worried that everything you teach your child about manners at home is being undermined by his peers at school?  Today's youth are moving farther and farther away from basic notions politeness, manners, and social skills because they are bombarded, on a daily basis, with images of negative self-worth and social interaction.  Our youth programs, taught by a Certified Etiquette Consultant, are fun, interactive, and sure to leave a positive impact on your child.

Children Ages 4-12

Studies have shown that the first five years of a child's life are the most formative years, so it is important that children are exposed to positive influences at an early age.   What a child learns in those early years will be the foundation for the rest of his or her life.  

Our children's classes are designed to provide a firm foundation in etiquette in an age-appropriate way and covers the "basics" of the following areas:  

• Dining etiquette
• Playtime and social interactions 
• Self-esteem and body image 
• Communication skills
• Respect for others 
• Saying "no" to pressure 
• and much more!  

Teens and Young Adults Ages 13-18 

Today's teenagers and young adults are faced with so many challenges - many of which did not exist to the same extent 20 years ago!  

In our teen classes, not only do we cover the "basics" of etiquette, but we also focus on issues that face teens today, such as:  

• Dining Etiquette
• Self-esteem and body image
• Dating and relationships
• Social media etiquette 
• Effective communication skills
• College Preparation 
• Social events 
• Attire and hygiene
• and many more!  

Large and Small Workshops Available

Our Children and Teens Programs are typically offered in 1/2 day or whole day format.  However, we will gladly offer shorter private workshops for smaller groups.  Our smaller, private workshops are perfect for: 

• Scout troop leaders
• Youth counselors
• Church youth camps

• Elementary, middle  and high school classes
